The seagulls are hanging around near the chipper in Tramore, keeping a close eye on the punters as they exit the building. One false move and they will swoop in and pick up any accidental drops or chips being wrecklessly waved around in your hands! Watch out, you're on their turf now! They are painted to look like nosey and kind of silly looking birds although I don't believe they are; clever hunters, they don't suffer fools. I like to use bright, exaggerated colours to depict seaside vibes and they are painted on book paper to allude to the old school chips wrapped in newspaper.
