Painted on NYE 2024 I was in an exploratory phase. I wanted to express passion, hence the bold reddish orange. I wanted to express disdain, disappointment, bewilderment and decisiveness, all in one go. This poodle, with a humanesque face and wearing a green beret, is shouting out from the rooftops that she wants more from life, she deserves more and she is not a dog, she is in fact a human!
